How to make a Raspberry Smoothie Bowl ….
125g frozen raspberries
1 cup Water
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons LSA meal
1 cup granola
100g strawberries & quartered
Thinly slice half a banana.
Roughly chop the remaining 1 1/2 bananas.
Put the roughly chopped banana in the blender.
Then Add raspberries,Coconut Water, almond milk, LSA mix and half the granola into the blender.
Blend until smooth. Place the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls.
Swirl coconut yogurt through mixture.
Decorate with fresh blueberries & strawberries,remaining granola and the sliced banana in even rows on top of the smoothie.
