Vanilla and vanilla extract taken from vanilla beans are packed with antioxidants that are excellent at fighting free radicals in our bodies. The aromatics of vanilla are also beneficial to the nervous system for relieving anxiety.

To Make Smoothie Bowl You need:
• dragon fruit (peeled and sliced, to taste)
• 1 cup mixed berries
• 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
• 1 banana
• 1 cup office
• 1/4 cup granola
• 1 tsp Berry superfoods powder
• Blend together & place in the bowl, Add toppings

Toppings can include
• Raspberries
• Granola
• Sliced banana
